Item Description
A rarely seen Smoky Quartz specimen from Mooralla featuring a sharp, rather lustrous, richly colored crystal with smaller pale lavender Quartz crystals in/on Rhyolite Thunderegg matrix. The largest crystal measures 2.3 cm. From the collection of Harold Urish whose label on the base of the piece states that he traded for it from an Australian lady whose husband dug the piece with a bulldozer in 1980. If you're a Quartz collector, you don't see many of these on the market, so don't miss out.
