Dazzling and gemmy, this eye-catching Smoky Quartz crystal seems almost ring-ready because it looks faceted. The luster is fabulous, and it is gem clear through and through. In fact, it is so clear that the one inclusion associated with the partial, skeletal termination looks as if it is hanging in space. There is one chip along a skeletal face, but the Smoky is so gemmy that it just blends right in, being almost invisible. At the base is a cluster of gemmy Quartz crystals up to 6 mm, giving the specimen a floral feel. The is a highly aesthetic, beautiful miniature.
