A beautiful group of GEM quality, smoky color prisms of Quartz on matrix from the famous St Gotthard area in Switzerland. The Swiss pride themselves on the quality of the Quartz specimens from their part of the Alps, and it's easy to see why. This particular specimen is from the famous Alpine collection of Richard Kosnar, and would make for a nice addition to your collection. Good quality for Quartz from any locality, and the largest crystal measures 1.7 cm.
