Here we have a beautiful dual scepter specimen of Smoky Quartz from Steinkopf, South Africa. This piece is fully crystallized, and is nearly a complete "floater", but there is a slight bit of contact on the underside. Each end of the piece features distinctive and beautiful scepter habit growth, with some slight stepped faces that resemble what some people call "elestial" or "alligator" Quartz. The piece has a beautiful color throughout, with a darker smoky tone on the terminations, and a softer grey smoky hue on the prisms.
