Smoky Quartz coated w/ Conichalcite, Malachite & Quartz

Item Description

Smoky quartz is RARE from the famous mines at Concepcion del Oro and combination specimens of this quality, moreso. The complete all-around and pristine, sharply terminated, translucent, smoky is preferentially coated with drusy quartz, tiny light green malachites with rich green conichalcite at the base. The matrix is almost totally coated with botryoidal conichalcite, which is dusted with tiny quartz crystals, some with a drusy quartz overcoat. Rare and very showy, probably old-time combination material from this historic locale.
