Brazilian Quartz is some of the most well-known and attractive examples of this rather abundant species out there. From colorless / white Quartz to Amethyst, Rose Quartz and Smoky Quartz, Brazil has been a tremendous source of the material for many decades. This beautiful briolette bead has a lovely smoky color with superb clarity. Briolettes are the kind of stones that I think make a great novelty for a collector, or would certainly make a very attractive piece of jewelry.
