A large, striking and excellent smoky quartz crystal from the much less well-known Audrey Lynn Mine of Riverside County. This sharp smoky has rich color, good gemminess and high luster. The smoky quartz from here has great internal brilliance and thus is valued as gem rough. Complete all-around and nearly pristine, one small termination edge bruise is noted. The muscovite and cleavelandite are fine accents to this very high quality large smoky from this locale. Comes with a custom-made and engraved lucite base valued at $150, for free. Ex Bill Larson and Pala Properties Collection and was on display for many years at the Pala Fallbrook store. Valued at $1200.
