There are many deposits in Brazil that produce excellent gem grade Smoky Quartz. I think it's safe to say that there are more good Smoky Quartz crystals and gems from Brazil than virtually anywhere else in the world. This stone is a wonderful example of this classic material with an "Oval Brilliant" cut and a virtually eye clean clarity.
