A visually impactful smoky/amethyst scepter from the Brandberg. The sculptural, lustrous and translucent crystal and scepter have intense, stepped-growth faces and incredibly dramatic, deep-seated skeletal faces. The backlit photo highlights the beautiful swirls of smoky color and the striking purple column. Technically, this is a doubly terminated crystal, as the broken base of the stem is healed, with only a bit of periphery wear along one edge. Complete all-around and essentially pristine. One scepter face is partially contacted, but has no damage, per se. A very high quality and exotic smoky/amethyst scepter from the Charlie Key dealer stock, with fabulous 360-degree viewability. Fairly valued at $300-500 and well worth it.
