Kelly smithsonite is a desirable US classic. A beautiful and showy crust of translucent, waxy luster, light kelly-blue, botryoids richly covers the blocky, silicified limestone matrix on this very fine and rare combination specimen. rare, gray-brown botryoids of psilomelane or siderite flank the smithsonite on either side.
