Item Description

A beautiful specimen that almost reminds me of Mapimi, Mexico. This piece features vitreous / resinous, yellowish-green spheroids of Smithsonite measuring up to 5 mm across with associated Hemimoprhite on Goethite matrix. I'm told that this piece was recently collected (spring of 2015). Beautiful to view up close, and worth picking up if you collect secondary ore minerals, Lavrion minerals or just worldwide Smithsonites.
