Item Description
Slender, colorless, nearly transparent, smithsonite scalenohedrons to about 2.0 cm are aesthetically scattered on this very showy undulating piece. A water-clear, 9 mm, striated, cyclically-twinned cerussite crystal and a rich coating of tiny, sparkly, what appears to be hexagonal, oxide-tinted light yellow mimetite prisms are super accents to this fine combination specimen from Tsumeb and the Bob Trimingham Collection. A very CHOICE piece, as Bob's label says that Mr. & Mrs. Francis Marshall of San Francico purchased this piece from Dave Wilber in 1970 for $70. Not cheap.
