The varied number of individual mineral species, which ranges from very common to extremely rare combined with the exquisite quality and unique associations makes it one of the most beloved places in the world for those who love mineral specimens. Here we have a classic example of the famous copper-bearing Smithsonites featuring a coverage of beautiful, sparkling, green colored rhombic crystals measuring up to 3 mm on matrix. Nearly all of the crystals are pristine and look beautiful under magnification.
