Item Description
A nice display specimen from what is locally referred to as the "Exi Mine". Although the piece is from Lavrion that is somewhat reminiscent of the material from Santa Eulalia, Mexico. This piece features little "rice grain"-esque spheroids of apple green copper-bearing Smithsonite measuring up to 3 mm on oxidized matrix. I'm told that this piece was collected fairly recently (early 2022). If you like secondary ore minerals, Smithsonite or minerals from Lavrion, this is a good piece to pick up for your collection.
