Item Description

Lustrous, translucent, grayish-blue with whitish overtones smithonite botryoids line a very sculptural, vuggy specimen from the famous Kelly Mine. This showy piece has several display possibilities and the hole adds much character. Ex Harold Urish Collection and obtained in a trade with Kelly Mine caretaker/miner/mineral dealer, Tony Otero, in October, 1993. Classic Kelly smithsonite with a different color.
