Item Description
One of the best examples of this material that we've had to offer in the auctions. This piece is a SUPERB and extremely rich "turkey fat" Smithsonite from the famous Rush District of Arkansas. Cadmium-rich yellow Smithsonite coats curved, saddle-shaped, dolomite crystals on limestone matrix. Great quality, virtually no damage to the front, and the COLOR is just robust! These are fine quality specimens, and some of the more underappreciated, but important and beautiful specimens of Smithsonite in the world.
