Item Description
Level 8 of the famous San Antonio Mine produced a wonderful find of Smithsonites in the late 1990's. These Smithsonites are botryoidal, sea foam green, textured with a high luster, and translucent to the point of nearly being gemmy. The quality of the Smithsonite is undeniable, and the contast with the dark matrix creates a superb aesthetic. Choice and classic material, this find stands out for the mine, and compares favorably with the best of Mexico's Smithsonites for its beauty.
