Silver with Rhodochrosite (polished) (ex Josef Vajdak)

Item Description

A really cool and seldom seen polished specimen of what is essentially an ore vein in the Uchucchacua Mine showing rich Silver content with light pink banded Rhodochrosite and white Quartz. I've seen plenty of Silver specimens along with plenty of Rhodochrosite specimens from this mine, but they're seldom seen together, let alone in such a unique way. This is the only piece of this material that we have to offer, and comes ith a classic label from Josef Vajdak / Pequa Rare Minerals, which immediately increases the value.
