Item Description
The Imiter Mine is perhaps the most famous Silver mine in Morocco, and has produced some of, if not the finest Silver specimens from Africa. Many people are familiar with the great wire Silvers from Imiter, but the locality does produce some fine crystallized/crystalline Silver specimens as well. This aesthetic display piece is filled with micro crystals of Silver, and is one of the better display specimens in this size range that I have offered. The specimen was analyzed and showed a minor amount of Gold present in the specimen, not enough to be considered an amalgum, but its worth noted. Valued at $1200 in the inventory.
