Item Description
A dramatic, sculptural CABINET specimen covered with gorgeous and thick nests of brightly burnished, curled and curved silver wires set on a knobby matrix of solid, crudely crystallized acanthite from a recent find at the Imiter Mine of Morocco. The silver wires in the multitude of nests are a marvel to behold. As you can see, the former (dealer) label has a $3500 price, not unheard of for such a rich and beautiful piece when they came out around 2004. Luckily I bought this as a liquidation lot and paid less, but I still paid about 1/3 that price myself or I couldnt afford to auction this stuff from time to time, and its worth somewhere in between, at a minimum, I think you would have to agree. Aside from the beautiful wires, it is also Rich silver ore! Hefty at 546 grams or 1.2 pounds. MUCH, MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!!
