An exquisite thumbnail nest of curved and curled silver wires with a nice patina and embedded in just a bit of matrix. This cutie is from the historic silver mines at Kongsberg, Norway and is from the Irv Brown Thumbnail Collection. Valued at $600. Definitely old material.
