Silver (synthetic) ex Jack Halpern Collection

The crystals of this lab-grown Silver are so gorgeous and perfect that you might think that growing it is easy. Not so! The silvery, metallic luster is excellent, and the individual, spinel-twin crystals are near-perfect in and of themselves. But when growing in such fantastic, arborescent branches such as these, it is a difficult process apparently. They create a Silver specimen that is both stunning and superb for its textbook crystallization. And it is even better in person! We do not know where Jack bought this, but it seems to be from a German dealer as there is a label on the bottom of a small plastic box that comes with it.
