Silver (rare from Tsumeb)

While Silver is found in many world localities, specimens are rare from Tsumeb, especially good sized examples with clearly visible of Silver on them. This is a very attractive piece is a small cabinet sized piece featuring a little group of Silver with a slight patina that is sitting on massive Chalcocite (a copper sulfide) matrix, which is rare not just for Tsumeb, but worldwide. Associated Zincolivenite (green) and Ferrilotharmeyerite (yellowish) are present on the piece. If you collect Tsumeb minerals or worldwide Silvers, this is a great chance to pick up something that you almost never see available on the market. Former Brian Kosnar specimen.
