Item Description

A large display piece. Lustrous wires of native silver are aesthetically emplaced on a chalky calcite matrix, from this classic old Russian silver locale. Rising majestically in a "corkscrew" pattern is a single fat wire that reaches 3 cm in length. The luster and growth form, like toothpaste being extruded out of a tube, make this a memorable specimen from an important locale which is known better among collectors today for coppers. valued $1500-2000, and from an old collection of Daniel Trinchillo, Sr.
