Item Description

A GORGEOUS and thick nest of brightly burnished silver wires dramatically smothering a 3-dimensional vuggy matrix of solid acanthite, from a 2007 find at the Imiter Mine of Morocco. The silver wires are a marvel to behold and this super piece definitely has many displayable views. As you can see, the former dealer label has a $2450 price and is fairly priced for such a rich and beautiful piece. Luckily I bought this as a liquidation lot and paid less, but I still paid about 1/3 that price myself or I couldnt afford to auction this stuff from time to time, and its worth now is somewhere in between, fairly enough. Large wire silver matrix specimens like this have been uncommon, and generally far more expensive from the other few locales that have produced them
