Silver on Acanthite

Gorgeous 'wall' of Silver wires from the famous Imiter Mine. Extending 3 cm up from the Acanthite matrix, the wires range from thin, hair-like strands to relatively thick ropes. As they twist and turn, you get to really appreciate how good the luster is, and along the perimeter of the cluster the Silvers have a burnished look that adds character and depth to this already outstanding piece. Between the form, size, and luster, this small-cabinet specimen has great aesthetics. A wonderful example for this storied location, just opening the photo and gazing into it will mesmerize....it has such amazing detail.
