Item Description
A rarely seen Silver specimen from the obscure La Suerte Mine in Spain. I was able to find one other Silver specimen from this mine on mindat.org, but other than that, I can't find anything else, so you know these have to be rare! This miniature sized specimen is a beautiful, sculptural piece of Native Silver with a gorgeous antique patina. It's not fully crystallized, but shows what I would call crystalline forms. It's still showy and three-dimensional! The piece weighs 11.95 grams. If you collect native elements, this is the kind of specimen that I can bet that you don't have in your collection. From the collection of Raul Sanabria Orellana, whose label states that this specimen was mined in 1997 and came from "Ballsar(sp?) Sanchez".
