Silver and Copper-Silver Arsenides

Item Description

Cobalt, Canada is renowned for it suite of Silver minerals, including plated Silver and silver-aresenide minerals. The Silver plates here extend the entire way through the specimen, which is probably composed of solid Arsenide ores. There are also bright mm-size crystals with good form and superb metallic luster, probably Skutterudite, in pockets on the specimen. Most of these pieces came out in the early 1900's, and this one is aesthetic and classic.
