Item Description
Glassy, translucent, grayish-colorless, hexagonal, fluorapatite crystals are aesthetically clustered on an unusual, sharp, lustrous, two-toned, siderite rhomb from this famous locale. Five faces on the siderite rhomb are lustrous and opaque; five faces have a secondary overgrowth of lustrous, translucent, olive-brown siderite and three of these faces are heavily etched. A Strange and nifty crystal habit makes you look twice at this one! Scattered brassy chalcopyrites are a super accent. Complete all-around and pristine. One back face is partially contacted with no damage, per se. Modest yellow fluorescence. A very fine single crystal siderite combination miniature from this classic locale. Valued $750 for the very rare habit
