Item Description

Botryoidal siderite of this style is a desirable and uncommon accessory from the famous mines at Bisbee. Lustrous, purplish-brown, bubbly botryoids cover one side of this showy two-sided rib. The botryoids on the other side have a scuptural ribbed look and are less lustrous from a thin oxide coating. A showy and highly representative example of the species and renowned locale.
