Item Description

A classic and showy combination from this famous old gold mine started in 1725! The piece hosts four species: lustrous, translucent, golden-brown siderite rhombs; glassy, colorless dolomite disks; two generations of quartz crystals, unusual aggregates of doubly terminated sawtooth crystals and a single water-clear point on the lower left; and a rich sprinkling on tiny brassy pyrrhotite crystals. Choice and excellent combination material from the 1970s or 80s from the Madrid Collection.
