Item Description
Ilvaites are one of the more distinctive and coveted species from the great Nikolaevskiy Mine. To find one that was doubly-terminated, and now completely pseudomorphed into Siderite, is really rather notable in both regards. Having a 2.5 cm, doubly-terminated Quartz crystal along the side is like icing on the cake. Quite likely from the finds in the 1990s, this is an outstanding specimen and an equally good pseudomorph. valued $750-1000
