Item Description

A showy and unusual Mexican pseudomorph from the Dave Stoudt Mexico Collection. Rust-brown siderite pseudomorphs have replaced the jackstraw paper calcite rhombs. A nifty feature are the tiny secondary calcite scalenohedrons peppered on the pseudos. The longest pseudo is 3.7 cm. This fine, undamaged piece is from the famous La Sirena Mine at Guanajuato. Rare in this quality and form.
