Siderite on Apatite (rare combo) ex Obodda

Item Description

Siderite is EXTREMELY RARE from the famous Shigar Valley. Sharp, dark brown, siderite rhombs are exquisitely perched on the highly unusual flattened matrix of glassy, translucent, intergrown, iron oxide-tinted, tabular, fluorapatite crystals. There are rutile needles embedded in the piece, also. Very nifty and rare two-sided combination material from the Herb Obodda dealer stock.
