Item Description
SUPERB, beautifully balanced specimen of highly lustrous, translucent, olive-tinted Siderite rhombs on matrix. The largest rhomb is 1.5 cm on edge, and the distribution from one end to the other on the matrix allows their quality to be fully appreciated. North Carolina Siderites are arguably the finest United States, and the aesthetics of this large miniature are first-rate. This is a Classic for the USA, but seldom found in good quality! Almost certainly, collected by Terry Ledford and his operation in the 1990s
