Item Description

Shigaite is an extremely rare hydrated aluminum-manganese sulfate. A 5 mm, glassy, cherry-red, complex crystal is adroitly set in one corner of the gossan matrix festooned with a multitude sparkly tiny shigaites and nicely accompanied by nubby spherical aggregates of glassy, translucent, rose-red, rhodochrosite crystals. From a small 1993 pocket. Seldom on the market in this combination quality and richness. Ex Charlie Key dealer stock. MUCH, MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!
