Shattuckite is RARE copper silicate. This is a beautiful two-toned blue specimen of CUTTER-GRADE, very dense shattuckite from the Type Locality - the Shattuck Mine at Bisbee, Arizona. Portions of both sides are micro-crystallline. Excellent, OLD-TIME material from the Charles Hansen Collection. OLD material, as this mine closed in 1947. 115 grams or 4.1 ounces. SELDOM on the market in this quality. Excellent, rich material. Valued at $300-400.
