Item Description

If the recent MR cover article on Koakoveld didn't convince you of the quality and attraction of a great Shattuckite, then this combination piece certainly will. The Shattuckite crust is in a recumbent fold, creating a large pocket lined with velvety, deep cobalt-blue Shattuckite that is so rich and lustrous it actually shimmers. Within the pocket are two superb primary Malachite crystals. They have great luster, kelly-green terminations, and sharp form. The largest is an impressive 3 cm x 3 cm. This is a fantastic and aesthetic specimen. As good as it looks in the photos, it is even better in person.
