Andalusite crystals of this sharpness are RARE from this well-known locality, famous for unique cross-formations known as chiastolite. They are old - centuries old, I am told. I have not handled another, in fact. This is a complete all-around and pristine sharply terminated crystal from the Josef Vajdak Collection. A MUST for the locality or species collector.
