Item Description

Shannonite is an ultra rare lead oxycarbonate discovered in 1995 and is named for well-known Arizona collector and dealer David Shannon. The vuggy volcanic andesite matrix hosts a number of the snow-white blades in one corner of the specimen. Specimens of this rarity are seldom on the market. Ex Josef Vajdak Collection and comes with two David Shannon signatures. The Shannon label states, that the specimen was collected in June, 1990 by David Shannon.
