Sericite / Chamosite, Apatite and Pyrite (ex Allen Heyl Collection)

Item Description

A very hard to find specimen featuring pink colored Sericite pseudomorphing Chamosite along with Apatite and Pyrite from Dillsburg. The piece comes from the collection of Allen Heyl, a geologist from Colorado, but also an expert in Pennsylvania minerals, so I know the locality is accurate. His personal label accompanies the piece, and I'm sure there must be somebody out there who has seen this material before who can verify its authenticity.
