Item Description
The Poudrette Quarry at Mont Saint-Hilaire has produced the finest crystals of Serandite ever found. This particular specimen is a great prismatic single crystal with an rich glowing pinkish-orange salmon color, sharp, well-formed face and good luster. If you collect MSH material, this is a classic specimen that would make a nice addition to your collection. This locality is now under new ownership, so collecting has been severely restricted, and specimens will not be as plentiful as they were in the past. From the collection of Shields Flynn.
