Item Description
Small but really SHARP octahedral crystals to 4 mm, somewhat translucent, on a nice-sized matrix. The vug is lined with glistening, tiny green scorodites. This is a rare locality piece from a long defunct locality! This is an old specimen from the John Ydren collection by way of the Burton Jirgl Collection (noted for his Japanese suite he assembled in the 1950s while in the military). HARD to obtain material. Valued at $750.
