Scorodite (rare)

Item Description

From the find in 2008 in China, this piece features large, sharp, lustrous Scorodite crystals measuring up to a full 1.2 cm with a black to steel blue color. The crystals are nearly opaque when backlit but still very good sized for the species. The piece is contacted on a few sides, but a handful of the crystals are in great shape. Upon close inspection, one can see that these Scorodites are very well crystallized! This find in the Hezhou Prefecture is the only significant find of Scorodite to hit the market in a long time.
