Item Description

Wheal Gorland is a classic Cornwall locale and this a showy and rich combination miniature from this historic mine. The red arrow points toward a nifty, elongated, snake-like cluster of pretty seafoam-green scorodite botryoids. The quartz-rich gossan matrix hosts a rich covering (including the base) of sparkly, translucent, grass-green and honey-brown pharmocosiderite crystals. A choice and rare combination piece from this locale and the Bob Trimingham Collection.
