Scolecite on Stilbite (uncommon combo)

Item Description

A striking, 5.7 cm, ball of dense, lustrous, translucent, scolecite spikes is dramatically perched on the large contrasting, bladed, flesh-colored, lustrous and translucent stilbite matrix. The ball is in great shape. The lower contact by the end of the stilbite is barely noticeable on only one side of this excellent two-sided combination specimen from Nashik. High quality combinations, such as this, are very uncommon from the Nashik District.
