Schrockingerite (fluorescent)

This rich, attractive specimen of yellow Schrockingerite is higly representative of the specimens from the famous Cornwall area. The microcrstalline spheroids range from 1-3 mm across, and they are distributed nicely on the altered granite matrix. They are actually a brighter yellow (with the matrix actually more muted) than the photos capture. On top of these fine attributes, the fluorescence is out of this world. rare, and seldom seen!
