Item Description
An attractive association specimen from this famous Pakistani locality. The focal point of the piece is the jet-black, prismatic striated Schorl Tourmaline crystals which play host to a few gemmy colorless hexagonal Quartz crystals, and minor bladed white Albite. I love how the Quartz crystals just "melted" into the Schorls, almost like icing on the side of a cake. If you look closely at the termination of the main Schorl crystal, you will see a slight skeletal growth an distinct "Mercedes symbol" pattern. Overall the piece is in very good condition and only minor contacts / roughness can be seen. A showy and eye-catching specimen, and a cool "black and white" combination piece.
