Schorl with DT Quartz (Urish Coll.)

Item Description

A 2.7 cm, sharp, doubly terminated, frosted, quartz crystals is very aesthetically set in front of two diverging sprays of lustrous, interestingly etched, jet-black schorl crystals on this very showy, uncommon and excellent specimen from the Harold Urish Collection. Schorl and quartz combination specimens like this are very rare from this Sonora locale. Mr. Urish was a 40-year Tucson collector.
