A classic and dramatic combination specimen from the Shigar Valley and the Ed Bancroft Collection. A 4.2 cm, sharply terminated, lustrous, striated, jet-black schorl tower is very aesthetically nestled next to a glassy quartz crystal, with cleavelandite blades as a fine accent. The display view is very nearly pristine, with only trivial bruising to the quartz termination. Contacting on the back is nearly out of sight. Choice and showy combo material.
